Blue Lagoon

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Persian Blue Marshmallow Gin
  • 25ml Blue Curacao
  • 200ml Lemonade
  • Blueberries & sugar to garnish

Method

  1. Push blueberry into rim of glass to release juice, then run juice around entire rim
  2. Dip into sugar to frost the rim
  3. Pour gin and blue curacao in a shaker with ice
  4. Shake well and strain into a martini glass
  5. Garnish with blueberries
